Djembe rhythm for absolute beginner workshop

Hello, I want to make this post short.

I created a rhythm in percussion studio

This is meant to show that with a basic knowledge of african rhythm and technique you can make a nice sounding polyrhythm! This isn’t hard to learn – the basic patterns are quite simple. It is the combination of patterns weaving in and out that makes it sound complex. That is exactly what I can teach you, how to work together and make something sound as a unity by weaving simple phrases into eachother.

I hope this inspires you to pick up the drum, to study polythythm, or to simply start listening to african music. All I want to do is to inspire. download  percussion studio  its free. Here is the rhythm file so you can mute, change tempo etc. as you please!

If you have any questions, just contact me.
